The neighbouring rights for musicians and record companies.
Member of VOI©E
All Dutch collective management organisations (CMOs) for copyright or neighbouring rights are members of VOI©E, or the Association of Organisations for the Collective Exploitation of Intellectual Property (Vereniging van Organisaties die Intellectueel eigendom Collectief Exploiteren).
These organisations (including Sena) have agreed to a code of conduct, whose requirements include those pertaining to the transparency and completeness of terms and conditions for users. VOI©E ensures that all members adhere to the code of conduct.
VOI©E also strives for a more widespread understanding of the exercising of copyright and neighbouring rights. One way it tries to achieve this is to improve information on working procedures among its members. VOI©E also acts as the central point of contact for businesses on matters pertaining to copyright and neighbouring rights, and people can come to VOI©E if they have any comments or complaints.
The following organisations are represented in VOI©E:
- Buma/Stemra
- Sena
- Videma
- NORMA
- STAP
- Stichting De Thuiskopie
- Stichting Musi©opy
- Stichting Reprorecht
- Stichting PRO
- Stichting Nieuwswaarde
- Stichting Lira
- Stichting Leenrecht
- SEKAM
- VEVAM
- Pictoright

Independent chairman of VOI©E Aad Kosto: Little can be done about the fact that copyright and neighbouring rights must be paid for. But what we can do is make things clearer, explain why they must be paid for and increase accessibility.
