Purpose of personal data processing
Sena processes personal data as part of the execution of its statutory obligations pursuant to Section 15 in conjunction with Section 7 of the Neighbouring Rights Act. The execution of Sena’s statutory duty may entail that Sena is required to share data, including personal details, with other collective management organisations and/or with the Copyright and Neighbouring Rights Collective Management Organisations Control Board.
